This October, progressive online therapy practice The Indigo Project presents Attune — a free month-long digital festival exploring creative approaches to mental health through sound, somatics, and ideas.
Running from 14 October – 16 November 2025, Attune brings together artists, psychologists, musicians, and researchers for a series of free live-streamed talks, workshops, deep listening experiences and performances designed for the curious, the creative, and the compassionate.
Attune Festival is produced by The Indigo Project, a progressive online therapy practice that thinks creatively about mental health.
After nine years in Surry Hills, The Indigo Project moved online in 2021 and now offers their down-to-earth approach to psychology to clients Australia-wide. Through sound journeys, research collaborations, and progressive therapy, The Indigo Project reframes how we understand the mind, emotions, and collective healing.
Says Mary Hoang, “With Attune, we wanted to create a festival that reimagines how we engage with mental health — not just through clinical conversations, but through sound, creativity, and community. It’s about finding new ways of listening that can move us, ground us, and connect us to one another.”
As a digital festival, the Attune online programming is accessible and free to attend for anyone, anywhere in the world.
