What is the Perfect Match Promise?
We understand that finding the right therapist may take a few tries. You might feel that you don’t click after the first time meeting. The Perfect Match Promise (PMP) is offered by The Indigo Project to clients that don’t connect with their therapist after the first and in some cases the subsequent (second) session.
The Indigo Project undertakes to rematch clients wishing to use the PMP with a new therapist. The next session with the new therapist will be at no cost to the client.
