You’re welcomed into a beautiful darkened room, filled with an array of blankets, pillows and eye masks. A psychologist will guide a relaxation meditation to help you drift off. The research shows us that the optimal time for a nap is 20-24 minutes - leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the festive madness.
