What drives my passion for psychology is the profound privilege of holding space for people in their moments of vulnerability. It is an honour to witness someone beginning to see themselves in a completely new light because they’ve been courageous enough to engage in a therapeutic conversation.

I deeply enjoy working with adult women who are beginning to explore the possibility of being neurodivergent, as well as those navigating the emotional and psychological challenges of perimenopause and menopause. Supporting women through these transitions—helping them make sense of the shifts they’re experiencing and find new ways to care for themselves—is incredibly meaningful to me.

I am also passionate about working with young adults finding clarity through uncertainty and transitions, stepmothers navigating co-parenting and creative individuals interested in exploring therapy in innovative ways. I also enjoy engaging in conversations about emerging therapeutic approaches, including psychedelic-assisted therapies.

Above all, I am committed to providing a safe, open, and compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. There is something profoundly special about the deep human connection that forms in therapy and I feel privileged to be part of your journey of healing and transformation.

Practitioner Room

My therapeutic approaches are grounded in warmth, compassion, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and self-discovery.

I am a big advocate for psychoeducation, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness meditation techniques. At the heart of my counselling style is Socratic questioning, which encourages thoughtful discussion and facilitates self-reflection. I find that when people have the space to explore their thoughts and emotions in a structured yet open way, they often uncover new perspectives and insights that lead to profound personal growth.

Above all, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. There is something profoundly special about the deep human connection that forms in therapy and I feel privileged to be part of your journey of healing and transformation, as you take control of your well-being and move toward a more fulfilling, balanced life.

Reflections

One of the most profound experiences that has shaped me as a therapist was caring for my mother in the year leading up to her passing. It was an honour and a privilege to walk beside her on that journey—to be fully present as she reflected on life, love, connection, and what truly matters.

In that sacred space, I witnessed both the vulnerability and strength that exist within us all. We had deep, heartfelt conversations about self-compassion, self-forgiveness, and the ways we hold both suffering and the power to overcome it within us. Through her wisdom and presence, I came to understand that life is not just about moving through challenges but about evolving—growing through them with grace and courage.

This experience gave me a profound clarity: that human connection is the most meaningful experience we can have. It deepened my ability to hold space for others. And it taught me that even in our hardest moments, there is potential for growth, meaning, and transformation.

Caring for my mother shaped the way I show up for my clients today—with warmth, deep empathy, and a belief in their inner strength. It reminds me every day why I do this work and why creating a safe, compassionate space for others to be seen and heard is so incredibly important.

Outside The Therapy Room…

Creative writing nourishes my soul – I dedicate two days a week to writing, where I experiment with poetry, write intuitively and slowly chip away at a novel. I love being surrounded by nature, breathing in the fresh air and feeling the ocean – there’s nothing quite like it.

Dancing is also one of my favourite things! I love going to house music events and just letting go – feeling freed, empowered and recharged to take on whatever life brings my way.
