Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to consider therapy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life change, or simply wanting to understand yourself or your relationships more deeply—you’re not alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you’ll be met with warmth, respect, and honesty.

I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, and have particular experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma (including complex trauma), identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also regularly support individuals living with bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive and affirming of diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and relating, and I bring sensitivity to the unique experiences that shape each person’s story.

You don’t need a clinical diagnosis to benefit from therapy—sometimes it’s simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. You may feel unfulfilled, stuck, or unsure how to deal with the complexities of life, and want to feel more connected, confident, or in control. Therapy can help create the space to reflect, make sense of what’s going on internally or relationally, and begin to move toward change in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

More from me...

My therapeutic style...

My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborativeI draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed, neuroaffirming practices. In my work with couples and families, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), systemic models, and the Gottman Method to support communication, connection, and trust.

Session to session, the focus may shift. Some sessions feel grounding and reflective; others are more active and skills-based. In individual work, we may explore emotional patterns, past wounds, or protective parts of yourself that still carry old roles. You’ll also gain practical strategies to help regulate emotion, manage distress, and reconnect with your values. In couples and family therapy, we focus on breaking unhelpful patterns, strengthening communication, and creating emotional safety and understanding.

Above all, I work at a pace that feels right for you—balancing support with challenge, and always keeping your goals and values at the centre of the process. Therapy is not just a place to feel better—it’s a space to grow into a version of yourself that feels more grounded, connected, and alive.

If you’re curious about starting therapy or wondering whether now is the right time, I’d love to connect with you. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or meaningful change, I’m here to support you in moving forward in a way that feels sustainable and true to who you are.

Outside of the therapy room...

On weekends, you’ll find me outdoors kayaking, chasing large game fish or exploring new bush trails. At night, I love exploring the great restaurants of Sydney and attending live concerts and going to the theatre. If you still can’t find me, I’m likely to be out drinking great coffee and watching the world go by.

I'm challenging myself...

I love to explore the limits of my body and mind and am currently preparing to climb Mt Kilimanjaro in Africa and run the New York Marathon.
