AboutDeath often impacts our lives when we least expect it. We can never truly be prepared for what it brings. There’s no right or wrong way to grieve, but when we lose someone close to us it’s common to feel lost, with no clear path to help us out of the dark.
We all experience loss in our own ways. This new workshop is about helping you establish and understand your own personal grief process, under the guidance of registered clinical psychologist April Ash. We’ll explore the importance of acknowledging your needs while grieving, and offer practices to help you sit with your emotions during the toughest times, allowing you to truly honour the one you have lost, in a way that’s right for you.
What YOU WILL LEARN:
- Establishing and understanding your own personal grief process
- Being able to sit with your emotions around grief
- How to honour the deceased in a way that feels right for you.
