Thinking Creatively About Mental Health
We’re all in this together, but sometimes it can feel like we’re out there on the high seas alone. Fear of judgement and the impression that it’s not OK to talk about our mental health often lead to us keeping our issues tucked away. This delays us seeking help as we try to work things out ourselves, but early intervention and open conversation are two of the best defences we have against mental struggles.
For World Mental Health Day, we’re opening up that conversation. Join us for a free panel discussion on the mind, creativity and how we can work together to break the stigma around mental health and seeking help.
