Have you experienced a major loss and aren’t sure how to move forward? Do you feel like it’s this anchor that keeps you stuck and a burden you’ll have to carry forever? Do you wonder how you’ll ever cope and heal your broken heart? When we go through tough life shake-ups, feelings of guilt, sadness, shame, blame, anger and isolation can make us feel separated from ourselves, and those around us.
In the most difficult circumstances, such as grief, an opportunity to see the world in a different way, with new possibilities, can often present itself. Based upon the lessons and insights from Letters to Mitch – The Healing Power of Grief, Love and Truth, the book’s author, and life coach, Marshall Dunn explores how to honour your own gift of life and guides you on how to use your experience to facilitate inner and outer transformation.
What you will learn
- Deepen your awareness and use vulnerability to tap into your truth
- Neutralise feelings of guilt, shame, blame and anger, and learn how to grow from them
- Learn how to harness the power of forgiveness
- Understand the benefits of being alone
- Learn how to handle self-doubt and restore confidence
- Discover how gratitude can open up synchronicity in your life
Marshall Dunn is a visionary coach/mentor, speaker and the author of 'Letters to Mitch – The Healing Power of Grief, Love and Truth'. He believes life’s greatest struggles are also our greatest gifts for self-inquiry, healing and change in our lives. The suicide loss of Marshall’s elder brother in 2002 became the catalyst for deep self-inquiry and personal awakening – an experience that would change his life forever and allow him to develop a unique blend of teachings to guide others to unlocking their greatest potential.
