These beginner classes give you plenty of guidance and knowledge about what you’re doing and why. Infused with information on how mindfulness changes the brain to work better for you, this class will give you the basics to start getting your zen on.
Lay your body down and soothe your mind and soul in our relaxation meditation class. Designed to leave you floating out of this session, our practitioners know how to get you to unknot those muscles and melt your stress away.
A special class for when you just need to hide-away and sleep and reboot your energy levels. You’ll be able to chill in a serene space to help you get through the day (or your hangover). We’ll set the scene with a 10 minute relaxation meditation and let you snooze peacefully before a gentle wake up call.
