Rebecca is an ex-lawyer turned yogi. Her classes are all about gently and playfully testing boundaries. She enjoys a disciplined practice that gets students out of their comfort zone (where the magic happens). After all, there’s nothing quite like a well earnt savasana! At the same time, Rebecca facilitates the state of ‘moving meditation’ which arises from combining Vinyasa with deep breathing in practice. Rebecca is also passionate about nutrition, mindfulness and meditation and these elements are all incorporated holistically into her yoga practice.
