Alexandra applies a holistic approach to therapy, believing it’s important to look at the person as a whole, not just the presenting issues. Utilising a combination of Mindfulness-based techniques and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Alexandra specialises in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and those having difficulty adjusting to life change. She has a personal interest in working with individuals wishing to explore their life purpose. Alexandra incorporates her interest and knowledge of food, physical activity and spirituality into her work to deliver a well-rounded intervention.
