MINDFULNESS FOR THE SILLY SEASON
December - a time of summer parties, lazy beach days, and planning New Year’s Eve mischief, or is it?
For most of us, this time of year is one crazy blur of trying to get all the items on our to-do list ticked off: last-minute Christmas shopping, catching up with everyone you’ve promised to see during the year (but haven’t) and just loading way too much on our plates (figuratively and literally!). It is no wonder our stress levels hit the roof!
Worse yet, despite all these external pressures, we feel like we should have our shit together and be celebrating and relaxing. Cue, the extra guilt.
How can we deal with these stressors better and coast through the silly season with a little more ease?
How can we make the most of this hectic month of commitments and enjoy the moments with our family and friends?
Join provisional psychologist Martha Tsakalos for a workshop that promises to give you the tools you need to not only cope with the festive season, but on how to make the most of the final month of 2016!
