Listen Up : Sound Journey
Think mindfulness meets mixtape.
In Listen Up: Sound Journey, we explore the full spectrum of emotions through a guided immersive experience, incorporating music and mindfulness. Inspired by five core emotions that often surface in the practitioner room, Head Psychologist Mary Hoang has curated a sonic journey alongside ARIA award-winning artist Bertie Blackman, who will co-host the evening.
In this session, we will undergo a process that combines modern psychology and mindfulness techniques while listening to a curated journey through sound in a space for music lovers to share. We’ll open your mind and senses to the power of tuning out of everyday noise, and provide the space to rediscover yourself through sound.
