How to open your heart
Shitty experiences in our past can make it super hard to open up when meeting new people or opening up in our relationships. When we get hurt, we usually build up walls around ourselves to protect us from getting hurt, because who wants to feel that again?! Fuck thaaat! Catch 22 is, we crave connection and getting close to others, but we also don’t want to ease off that armour. So how do we let people in, and better yet want to let people into our lives?
In this intimate 90 minute workshop you will learn how to be OK with letting people in again. Learn how to open up and let those walls down, one brick at a time. Opening the heart requires us to become awareness of ourselves through simple Mindfulness practices and really getting to the bottom of what has made us shut the world out. Combined with a shitload of compassion for ourselves and the latest psychological techniques to help you communicate all that internal ‘stuff’ and overcome the fear of being vulnerable. Peel the layers back and learn more about yourself so you can unashamedly deliver your best self to the world and get more out of life.
