How to deal with your freakouts
Sh**t happens. Life is going to throw curveballs at a million miles an hour, so how do we know when to duck or get our gloves ready? For many of us, all of this chaos occurs in our heads where we can get stuck, caught in a downward spiral of reduced productivity, wellbeing and motivation. While we can’t predict what’s coming at us, we can learn ways to manage the freak-outs that occur in our minds to be in a better position to face life, with all its unpredictability and uncertainty.
This practical workshop will explore the second-guessing, self-doubt, the what-ifs, the conversations playing out in your head and the haphazard emotions that boil up and spill over to ordinary life events to get you seeing your freakouts in a whole new light. You’ll learn how to bring a little more space and level-headedness to these hairy situations while gaining a deeper insight into how you face stressful and unpredictable life events. Let’s get you feeling calmer, clearer and less reactive to situations outside of your control to live a healthier, more awesome-sauce life.
