Danielle takes a person-centred approach to her work with individuals seeking support on managing challenging issues, such as life transitions and change, anxiety and finding purpose and meaning. Applying her knowledge of counselling and psychotherapy, she believes every individual is unique and has an unfolding story to tell – one that can sometimes be difficult to understand. Exploring this story in relation to one’s foundations, such as belief systems, culture and sense of self, by utilising a combination of techniques from the areas of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Positive Psychology, Life Coaching, and Mindfulness-based practices, will help individuals understand themselves better in order to be the best version of themselves – for themselves, for others and for the community in which they live. Danielle incorporates her interests and knowledge in the areas of neuroscience, psychology, spirituality and feminine archetypes, in her work.
