Be Yo' Best Self is an 8-week program that helps teens manage difficulties in dealing with their school and home life. Facilitated one-on-one with a down-to-earth and experienced psychologist, this program allows teens to learn the skills to build confidence, self-respect and ability to deal with interpersonal relationships.

The indigo project
The indigo project is an established boutique psychology and mindfulness centre in the heart of Surry Hills. Our structured 8-week program utilises the latest research in mindfulness, positive psychology and neuroscience to help teens ‘train their brains’ to manage their overactive minds, cope with the stress and pressures of life, navigate relationships, and feel confident and empowered. The outcomes are improvements psychologically and physiologically with decreased stress and anxiety, improved concentration, better focus, quality sleep and enhanced moods.

Our practice is open from 8am to 8pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 6pm on Friday. Saturday appointments are also available upon request.
