Alex is a Registered Psychologist who takes on a warm and compassionate approach with her clients and strives to provide a safe space for them to explore their needs while pushing for the life they want.
Passionate about evidence-based interventions, Alex draws on modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness to tailor treatments that are built on her client’s strengths.
She has a flexible style of working with clients across various life stages and she is passionate about helping them work through mood disorders, anxiety and stress. Alex also works with parents in managing challenging behaviour and to support healthy family systems.
