In 2017, it's easy for music to feel disposable. Every song ever made is at your fingertips. We want to get back to respecting the album as an art form. Go offline, phones away... Let's treat records the way we'd treat a film.In this session, we will undergo a process that combines modern psychology, mindfulness and music therapy techniques while listening to a record in full; a space for music lovers to share. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention, on purpose. A means of bringing that attention to the moment and a scientifically validated way of decreasing stress. This paves the way for a clearer focus and a more direct access to your creative channel. Featuring Max Richter's 2010 record "Infra", we’ll open your mind and senses to the power of tuning out of everyday noise and tuning in to a world of sound.
