HOW VULNERABILITY IS A SUPERPOWER
The ‘V’ word is scary. Yep, we’re talking about ‘vulnerability’. In our world today, it is often seen as a weakness, something to hide and pretend if we don’t acknowledge it, it will go away. But, this view is changing. According to the research, vulnerability can be a powerful and authentic way to live, as well as an important skill to develop connection and enhance our relationship with ourselves, and others. Author Brené Brown expresses it well: “Vulnerability is the core, the heart, the centre, of meaningful human experiences”. Who doesn’t want more of that?
